The final exchange rate is formed only after the order has been paid. The order is considered paid after the required number of network confirmations has been received and taking into account additional time of up to 4 minutes for the funds to be fully credited to the balance of the service or provider. If the market exchange rate changes by more than 0.005%, the amount to be received may be recalculated at the current market exchange rate at the time of execution.

The exchange rate when creating an order is preliminary. The final exchange rate is formed after the actual receipt of payment and the start of order execution. If the market exchange rate changes by more than 0.005%, the amount to be received may be recalculated at the current market exchange rate at the time of execution.
All transactions are subject to ongoing AML monitoring.
If suspicious activity is detected, they may be blocked. To reduce the risk, you may request Pre-AML for USD 3 or an equivalent amount, deducted from the final amount to be received, after placing an order and before payment in the support chat. A positive assessment means that the transaction is acceptable on our platform at the time of verification, but does not guarantee its acceptance by third parties.
